The first four months of 2024 saw a remarkable surge in imported bus sales, with a staggering 91.9% increase compared to the same period in 2023.<\/h1>\n

Specifically, 919 buses were sold during this timeframe, a significant rise from the approximately 479 buses sold in the corresponding period of the previous year.<\/p>\n

In contrast, sales of locally assembled buses experienced a notable decline during the same period in 2024, amounting to 973 buses sold.<\/p>\n

This marks a sharp decrease from the 2.1 thousand buses sold in the first four months of 2023, representing a decline of 55.2%, as reported by the Automotive Market Information Council (AMIC).<\/p>\n

Among the brands, “Toyota” emerged as the frontrunner in total bus sales during the first four months of 2024, commanding a substantial market share of 48.4% and selling approximately 916 buses. \"\/imported-bus-sales-surge-analysis-2024\"<\/p>\n

Following closely, the “Chevrolet” brand secured the second position with a market share of about 22.4%, achieving sales of 405 buses.\"\/imported-bus-sales-surge-analysis-2024\"<\/p>\n

In third place, the “King Long” brand captured a notable market share of 10.5%, selling around 198 buses. \"\/imported-bus-sales-surge-analysis-2024\"Meanwhile, the “Golden Dragon” brand slipped to fourth place with an 8% market share, selling 151 buses.\"\/imported-bus-sales-surge-analysis-2024\"<\/p>\n
