quarter of 2024, Nissan secured the top spot in locally assembled car sales, while Toyota emerged as the leader in imported car sales.<\/p>\n<p>Locally assembled car sales experienced a 10.8% decline, dropping to over 7,000 units compared to approximately 7,900 units in Q1 2023, as reported by the Automotive Market Information Council (AMIC).<\/p>\n<p>Conversely, imported car sales surged by 44% to reach 6,300 units in Q1 2024, up from about 4,300 units in the same period last year.<\/p>\n<p>Nissan, the Japanese automaker, dominated the locally assembled car market, capturing a 39.3% share with
