Only 317 buses were sold, compared to 628 buses during the same period last year, marking a steep decline of 49.5%.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Automotive Market Information Council (AMIC) report, imported bus sales also experienced a downturn during this period. Only 205 buses were sold, compared to approximately 182 buses in the same period in 2023, reflecting a decrease of 12.6%.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2023, the &#8220;Toyota&#8221; brand dominated the bus market, capturing a commanding 39% share by selling around 205 buses. Meanwhile, &#8220;Suzuki&#8221; slipped to the fourth position, holding a 13% market share and selling more than 69 buses. &#8220;Chevrolet&#8221; occupied the fifth position with a 9% market share, selling 48 buses.<\/p>\n<p>In sixth place, &#8220;Mercedes&#8221; held a 7% market share with sales of 34 buses.
