Al-Mansour Automotive Company, the local distributor for MG in Egypt, has released a new price list reflecting a significant increase for its range of vehicles. The models affected include the MG 5, RX5 Plus, 6, and ZS, with hikes varying from 40,000 to 70,000 EGP during November.<\/p>\n

MG RX5 Plus Models Surge in Price<\/h2>\n

The company announced an increase of 60,000 to 70,000 EGP for the MG RX5 Plus models. The “Comfort” trim now costs 1.33 million pounds, while the “Luxury” version has reached 1.39 million pounds. The 2023 MG RX5 Plus, an SUV, boasts a 1500 cc turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 171 horsepower and 250 Newton-meters of torque, paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. This model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km\/h in 9.8 seconds and has an average fuel consumption of 6.8 liters per 100 km.<\/p>\n

The MG 5 has also seen a price increment of around 40,000 EGP. The 2023 MG 5, a sedan, is powered by a 1500 cc four-cylinder engine delivering 120 horsepower and 150 Newton-meters of torque.<\/p>\n
