The brand achieved a market share of nearly 17%, translating to 1,303 car sales. The MG brand was hot on its heels, garnering a market share of around 10% with 765 car sales.<\/p>\n<p>Kia has claimed the sixth position with nearly 7% market share, having sold 570 cars. In contrast, BYD experienced a dip, landing in eighth place with around 3% market share and 254 cars sold.<\/p>\n<p>Opel was positioned ninth with a similar market share of 3% but with slightly fewer sales at 210 cars. Citroen rounded out the top ten with a 3% market share and sales totaling 200 cars.<\/p>\n<p>Just outside the top ten, Geely Abu Ghaly captured the eleventh rank, also with a 3% market share and 200 cars sold. The remaining brands collectively accounted for approximately 8% of the market, totaling sales of 496 cars.<\/p>\n<p>A highlight from the AMIC report indicates a modest uptick in the private car segment sales.
