” This feature enables clients to customize every detail of their vehicle, with the German partner ensuring the fulfillment of all bespoke requests.
Ritz has also enhanced its renowned after-sales service by introducing the ‘RITZ Family Card.’
This membership-based service ensures that Ritz takes full responsibility for the car, from licensing through the appropriate traffic authorities to sourcing and importing spare parts, as well as liaising with insurance companies.
Customers simply hand over their vehicle, and the company takes care of maintenance, delivering the car back to them on the agreed date, with fast spare part availability due to the German partner’s support.
This service is offered through an optional, pre-agreed contract with clients.
Additionally, Ritz boasts a specialized sales department and a dedicated banking transactions team, streamlining procedures and facilitating financial transactions through agreements with numerous international and local banks.
A unique banking system allows customers flexible payment options, initiated through communication with the sales department.
