Launch: Changan Uni-T SUV in Egypt | GB Auto

GB Auto has unveiled the Changan Uni-T, a new addition to its luxury SUV lineup in Egypt, featuring an exceptional warranty of up to 6 years or 250,000 kilometers to showcase their confidence in the vehicle’s quality.

The Uni-T arrives with a competitive price structure:

• The base model starts at 1.125 million Egyptian pounds.
• The mid-range variant is priced at 1.2 million Egyptian pounds.
• The high-end version is set at 1.29 million Egyptian pounds.

Amir Saba, the head of Changan in Egypt for GB Auto, emphasized that the introduction of the Uni-T is part of the company’s commitment to meet customer expectations by offering the latest and most distinguished models from Changan. This approach is aligned with GB Auto’s strategy to maintain customer trust through vehicles that blend style, comfort, safety, and luxury, all while staying ahead in the fiercely competitive and technologically evolving automotive market.

The Changan Uni-T is available in three distinct equipment levels to cater to various consumer preferences. It boasts a robust 1.5-liter Turbo engine delivering 177 horsepower and 300 Newton meters of torque, paired with a 7-speed WET DCT transmission. It stands out in its segment for power and performance. Additionally, the Uni-T is equipped with an EPS (Speed Sensing) steering system, McPherson front suspension, and a Multi-Link rear suspension.

Safety is a priority for the Changan Uni-T, featuring anti-lock brakes, electronic brakeforce distribution, electronic stability control, hill-start assist, and an electronic handbrake with auto-hold. The SUV also comes with a rear defogger, side mirrors, parking distance warnings, and comprehensive airbag protection for occupants.
