Kayan Egypt Raises Seat Prices at the Beginning of September
Kayan Egypt, the official dealer for Seat cars, has announced a price increase for several 2024 models, including the Tarraco, Ateca, Leon, Arona, and Ibiza.
The price hikes start at 25,000 EGP and reach up to 50,000 EGP, reflecting rising production costs and market conditions.
Ibiza
The prices for the 2024 Seat Ibiza have been updated as follows:
- Reference trim: 1.150 million EGP
- FR trim: 1.335 million EGP
- Xcellence Wo/L trim: 1.400 million EGP
This marks an increase ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 EGP.
The 2024 Ibiza falls under the hatchback category and is powered by a 1.0-liter, four-cylinder turbo engine that generates 115 horsepower and 195 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission.
Arona
Kayan Egypt has raised the price of the 2024 Arona by 40,000 EGP.
- The new pricing for the Xcellence trim is 1.400 million EGP.
The Arona belongs to the SUV category and features a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine producing 110 horsepower and 155 Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Leon
- The price of the 2024 Seat Leon has risen by 40,000 EGP, bringing the cost of the Advance trim to 1.610 million EGP.
This hatchback is equipped with a 1.4-liter, four-cylinder turbocharged engine, delivering 150 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. 
The powertrain is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Ateca
The price increase for the 2024 Seat Ateca is set at 40,000 EGP, with the updated prices being:
- Style Plus trim: 1.890 million EGP
- XCELLENCE trim: 1.990 million EGP
- Xcellence Wo/L trim: 2.030 million EGP
The Ateca is an SUV powered by a 1.4-liter, four-cylinder turbo engine, producing 150 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque.
It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, enabling the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9 seconds.
Tarraco
The 2024 Seat Tarraco saw the largest increase, rising by 50,000 EGP. The updated prices are:
- Xcellence trim: 2.350 million EGP
- FR trim: 2.500 million EGP
The Tarraco is another SUV model, featuring a 1.4-liter turbo engine that delivers 150 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque, connected to a six-speed automatic transmission.
