Hyundai Announces Second Price Increase for Elantra and Accent Models in July

GB Ghabbour Auto, the authorized agent for Hyundai cars, has announced a second price hike for the 2023 Elantra HD and Accent RB models during the month of July. The price increase amounts to approximately EGP 20,000 and EGP 25,000, respectively.

Hyundai Elantra HD:

The 2023 Hyundai Elantra HD is a sedan model that comes with various categories and features. The prices for the different categories are as follows:

• First category: Approximately 655 thousand pounds
• Second category: Approximately 665 thousand pounds
• Third category: Approximately 680 thousand pounds
• Fourth category High Line: Approximately 690 thousand pounds

This latest increase adds an additional 25 thousand pounds to the existing prices.

Under the hood, the Hyundai Elantra HD is equipped with a four-cylinder engine boasting a 1600 cc capacity, producing 121 horsepower and a maximum torque of 156 Nm. The power is transferred via a four-cylinder “automatic” transmission. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 11.3 seconds and has an average fuel consumption of around 6.6 liters per 100 km.

The 2023 Hyundai Elantra HD offers several specifications, including front fog lights, electric side mirrors, a rear spoiler, 15-inch rims, and other features.

Hyundai Accent RB:

As for the 2023 Hyundai Accent RB, it also falls under the sedan category and comes in different price categories:

• First category: Approximately 550 thousand pounds
• Second category: Approximately 560 thousand pounds
• Third category: Approximately 575 thousand pounds
• Fourth category: Approximately 590 thousand pounds
• Fifth category: Approximately 600 thousand pounds

This second price increase adds an additional 20 thousand pounds to the previous prices.

The Hyundai Accent RB is equipped with a four-cylinder engine boasting a 1600 cc capacity, generating 125 horsepower and a maximum torque of 156 Newton/meter. The car’s dimensions include a length of 4,370 meters, a width of 1,705 meters, and a height of 1,455 meters. The rear luggage compartment has a capacity of 389 liters.

Prominent specifications of the Hyundai Accent RB include an anti-theft engine immobilizer system, electric windows, a tiltable steering wheel, a front armrest, a 6-way adjustable driver’s seat, manual air conditioning, electric side mirrors, rear fog glass, a remote control, and 14-inch wheels.
