Haitham Yahya Appointed Chairman and Managing Director of Shell Lubricants Egypt

Shell has announced Haitham Yahya ’s appointment as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Shell Lubricants Egypt, as well as General Manager for the Middle East and Central Asia.

In this expanded role, Yahya will spearhead Shell’s operations across these regions, with a strategic focus on the Egyptian market.

Yahya brings to this position a wealth of experience and a remarkable track record in scaling Shell’s operations, having successfully doubled the company’s business across 18 diverse markets.

His leadership spans multiple sectors and is characterized by his ability to unite and lead teams of varied expertise and nationalities.

His appointment was also driven by his broad expertise in areas such as consumer goods and B2B marketing strategies, along with a strong background in planning,

marketing, and supply chain management. Yahya’s high-performance leadership style has consistently delivered results, establishing him as one of Shell’s prominent business leaders.
