Geely Renews Agency Contract with Abou Ghaly Motors Until 2027
Abou Ghaly Motors has announced the renewal of its agency contract with the Chinese automaker Geely International, extending their partnership in the local market for another three years.
The contract, signed between Geely International and Abou Ghaly Motors—operating under Al-Muhr Company for Trading, Importing Vehicles, and Commercial Agencies LLC—confirms Abou Ghaly Motors as the official agent and authorized distributor of Geely vehicles in Egypt.
The renewal takes effect from July 2024 and will continue until July 2027. Under the terms of the agreement, Abou Ghaly Motors will remain responsible for importing and distributing Geely’s models in Egypt, as well as providing after-sales services and maintenance for customers.
During the first seven months of this year, Geely vehicles distributed by Abou Ghaly Motors recorded sales of approximately 833 units, securing the eleventh spot among the best-selling car brands, according to the monthly report by the Automotive Market Information Council (AMIC).
