The esteemed Al-Qasrawi Group, a prominent agent for both the Citroen and JAC brands in Egypt, has officially announced its acquisition of the Chinese automotive brand, Jetour. This pivotal move is set to reshape the Egyptian automotive landscape.

Islam Al-Qasrawy, Vice Chairman of Al-Qasrawi Group, expressed the company’s ambition to enhance its presence in the Egyptian market. This acquisition, he mentioned, is part of a strategic partnership with Jetour, highlighting plans to introduce additional Jetour models to cater to the diverse needs of Egyptian consumers.

Mustafa Hussein, another Vice Chairman of the Board overseeing the automotive division, shared that the group currently boasts approximately 12 showrooms. Furthermore, they’ve established a network of six service centers dedicated to after-sales support and maintenance.

On the logistics front, Hassan confirmed the company’s commitment to ensuring the availability of essential spare parts. He emphasized continuous engagement with customers across all regions, ensuring top-tier service quality.

Marking the acquisition, Al-Qasrawi Group unveiled three Jetour car models: the “X90 Plus,” “X70 Plus,” and “Dashing.” Each model is available in two distinct trims, boasting a variety of features and accessories.

To solidify Jetour’s position in Egypt, a comprehensive strategy has been devised. Central to this plan is the expansion of after-sales and maintenance centers catering to Jetour customers. The group also anticipates introducing recent Jetour models, such as the X70 and X95, although their availability is yet to be confirmed.

In closing, it’s worth noting Al-Qasrawi Group’s existing affiliations. They manage the Citroen brand under the “Egyptian European Motors Company” banner and represent the JAC brand through the “Arab Group for Trade and Distribution.”

Note: The name “Gator” was standardized to “Jetour” for consistency throughout the article.
