Al-Mansour Increases Prices of 2025 MG Cars by Up to 50,000 Pounds
Al-Mansour Automotive, the local agent for the MG brand in Egypt, has announced a price increase for several 2025 MG models, including the MG5, RX5 Plus, 6, ZS, HS, and ONE. The price adjustments, effective in August, come as the company maintains stable pricing for the MG4 electric models.
MG RX5 Plus
The price of the 2025 MG RX5 Plus has risen by approximately 40,000 pounds.
- The first trim, “Comfort,” is now priced at 1.49 million pounds,
- while the “Luxury” trim costs 1.54 million pounds.
The MG RX5 Plus is a part of the SUV segment, powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 171 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission, allowing the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.8 seconds. The car’s fuel consumption is approximately 6.8 liters per 100 km.
MG 5
The prices for the 2025 MG 5 have seen increases ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 pounds.
- The “STANDARD” trim is now priced at around 860,000 pounds,
- while the “Luxury” trim costs 950,000 pounds.
The MG 5 is a sedan equipped with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, producing 120 horsepower and 150 Nm of torque.
MG 4
The prices of the 2025 MG 4 electric models remain unchanged from July.
- The “STANDARD” trim is priced at 1.35 million pounds,
- and the “Luxury” trim is priced at 1.65 million pounds.
The MG 4 features a rear-wheel-drive system with a perfect 50:50 weight distribution between the front and rear axles. It is available in seven colors. The standard model has a 51 kWh battery, providing 168 horsepower and a range of 350 km per charge. The Luxury model features a 64 kWh battery, delivering 200 horsepower and a range of 450 km per charge.
MG ZS
The price of the 2025 MG ZS has increased by 25,000 to 30,000 pounds.
- The “Comfort” trim is now priced at 1 million pounds,
- while the higher “Luxury” trim is priced at 1.05 million pounds.
The MG ZS is an SUV powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 123 horsepower and 135 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission.
MG 6
The 2025 MG 6 has seen a price increase of 30,000 to 35,000 pounds.
- The “Luxury – Red Interior” trim is now priced at 1.25 million pounds,
- and the “Luxury – Black Interior” trim is priced at 1.26 million pounds.

The price of the 2025 MG HS in its new design has increased by 30,000 pounds,

MG ONE
The prices for the 2025 MG ONE have risen by 40,000 to 50,000 pounds.
- The “STD” trim is now priced at 1.32 million pounds,
- while the “Luxury” trim is priced at 1.42 million pounds.
The MG ONE is powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a turbocharger, producing 181 horsepower and 285 Nm of torque, coupled with a CVT automatic transmission.
