“Abu Ghaly Motors” Unveils State-of-the-Art “Geely” Center with £120 Million Investment
Tamer Kotb, the Commercial Director of Abu Ghaly Motors Group, announced the inauguration of a comprehensive Geely service center covering 1,800 square meters. This 3S facility boasts a showroom, customer service hub, and maintenance center, representing an investment of approximately £120 million.
This marks the company’s third center, dedicated to servicing Geely electric cars, particularly the Geometric C model, following the Fifth Settlement Center in Al-Musheer Axis. The aim is to cater to the growing demand among Geometric C electric car owners in Egypt.
The center has a daily capacity of 45 cars, occasionally reaching 60. It offers a spectrum of maintenance services, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning works, along with swift maintenance services and plumbing solutions. Additionally, the facility has exhibition space for showcasing up to 4 cars.
Tamer Kotb shared that the group is gearing up for the launch of the 2024 Geely Geometric C facelift model. This eagerly awaited release will be available at company branches and those affiliated with the authorized distributor network, featuring two distinct categories of equipment and accessories tailored for the local market.
Highlighting the Geely Geometric C’s robust features, Kotb emphasized an 8-year or 150,000 km warranty on the car battery.
- The pricing structure positions the “GF” category at approximately £1.7 million,
- while the “GF+” category is priced at around £1.8 million.
Belonging to the SUV category, the Geometric C boasts a 150-kilowatt engine, equivalent to 200 horsepower, and an impressive maximum torque of 310 Newton meters. With a fully charged battery, the car can cover distances of up to 550 kilometers, making it a compelling choice for environmentally conscious and tech-savvy consumers.
