Abou Ghaly Motors Announces Price Increases for Geely Models up to EGP 136,000

Abou Ghaly Motors Group, the official agent of the Chinese Geely brand in the Egyptian market, has released a new price list effective from today. The list includes price hikes across all Geely models, ranging between EGP 35,000 and EGP 136,000.

The updated October price list features a variety of 2024 and 2025 models, which have been communicated to the company’s authorized distributors.

Geely GX3 Pro 2024

• The 2024 Geely GX3 Pro is now priced at EGP 925,000 for the “PREMIUM” trim, reflecting a price increase of EGP 35,000.

This model is equipped with a 1.5-liter DVVT engine, producing 103 horsepower and 140 Nm of torque at 5,500 RPM.

The engine is paired with a seven-speed CVT transmission, ensuring a balance between fuel efficiency and sufficient power for its size.

The car measures 4.005 meters in length, 1.760 meters in width, and 1.575 meters in height, with a wheelbase of 2.480 meters.

The roof rack beams can support up to 30 kilograms of luggage, adding to its utility.

Geely Okavango 2024

• The second category of the 2024 Geely Okavango, labeled “Premium,” is now priced at EGP 1.770 million, marking an increase of EGP 100,000.

The Okavango is a seven-seater vehicle powered by a 1.5-liter engine paired with an EMS system electric motor, delivering a combined 190 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque.

It has a fuel consumption rate of 6.6 liters per 100 kilometers and features a seven-speed DCT WET transmission.

The transmission shifts in under 0.2 seconds and has been tested over 350,000 kilometers, 46% more than European standards.

Geely Coolray 2024 and 2025

The 2024 Geely Coolray has undergone price adjustments across its four trim levels:

• The “Comfort” trim is now priced at EGP 1.28 million.

• The “Premium” trim is listed at EGP 1.37 million.

• The “SPORT” trim costs EGP 1.505 million.
• The “SPORT+” trim is priced at EGP 1.65 million.

For the 2025 Coolray, the prices are as follows:

• The “Comfort” trim is priced at EGP 1.376 million.

• The “Premium” trim is listed at EGP 1.446 million.

• The “SPORT” trim costs EGP 1.596 million.
• The “SPORT+” trim is priced at EGP 1.639 million, reflecting a price increase between EGP 116,000 and EGP 136,000.

The Coolray is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, generating 175 horsepower and 255 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 7.9 seconds.

Geely Star Ray 2025

The 2025 Geely Star Ray is available in four trims, as per the latest price list:

• The “GL COMFORT” trim is priced at EGP 1.76 million.

• The “GK PREMIUM” trim costs EGP 1.895 million.

• The “GF SPORT” trim is listed at EGP 1.959 million.
• The top-of-the-line “GF+SPORT PLUS” trim is priced at EGP 2.050 million, with price increases ranging from EGP 60,000 to EGP 96,000.

The 2025 Star Ray is powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine that delivers 172 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque.

Power is transmitted to the front wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch DCT transmission, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds.

Its fuel consumption rate is approximately 6.3 liters per 100 kilometers.
