Nissan Egypt Opens a Showroom Affiliated with the Karnak Group in Qena
Nissan Egypt and the Karnak Group celebrated the official opening of the “Karnak” showroom in Qena Governorate.
This new showroom marks the second in Qena and the sixth in the South Valley governorates.
The Karnak Center offers car sales and spare parts services to both individuals and companies. The Karnak Group is one of the authorized Nissan dealers in the Upper Egypt region.
They operate six Nissan service centers and showrooms: two in Qena, two in Luxor, and two in Aswan.
The grand opening was attended by Sherif El-Desouki, Managing Director of Nissan Africa; Mohamed Abdel Samad, Managing Director of Nissan Egypt; and Abdel Nasser Badran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Karnak Group.
Sherif El-Desouki highlighted Nissan’s long-standing presence in Africa, noting the company’s industrial footprint with two wholly-owned factories in Egypt and South Africa.
Nissan has been in Africa for 60 years, supported by a distinguished network of partners across the continent. 
He emphasized that the new showroom in Qena reinforces Nissan Egypt’s growing market share and commitment to providing an integrated, comprehensive experience that extends beyond sales to include a full suite of services.
Mohamed Abdel Samad remarked that the opening of the Karnak showroom in Qena is a significant milestone in the longstanding partnership between Nissan Egypt and the Karnak Group, which has been a key partner for over 18 years. Since 2006, this partnership has proudly served customers in the South Valley governorates, particularly in Qena, Luxor, and Aswan.
He added that Nissan is dedicated to delivering top-notch services to its customers, adhering to the highest international standards through the “Peace of Mind with Nissan” program.
This program aims to strengthen relationships with customers, providing them with a sense of safety, confidence, and comfort while driving.
This commitment has enabled Nissan to achieve the top market share in Egypt during the fiscal year 2023.
Nissan Egypt boasts 16 distributors and authorized service centers across the country, offering services to the largest number of Nissan customers in the Egyptian market.
The company is executing an ambitious expansion plan to increase the number of service centers and distributors.
This expansion underscores Nissan’s dedication to providing a comprehensive package of after-sales services and maintenance, ensuring customers feel safe, confident, and comfortable throughout their driving experience with Nissan vehicles.
