At the onset of the new year, the electric car market witnessed a notable change with the Aeolus E70 PRO experiencing a price hike

Misr Helwan Company, the authorized representative of Chinese automaker Dongfeng Motors, disclosed that in January, the cost of the Aeolus E70 PRO surged by approximately 70 thousand pounds.

The revised pricing now stands at around 1.195 million pounds, compared to its previous figure of about 1.125 million pounds, reflecting an increment of 70 thousand pounds.

Aeolus E70 PRO Specifications:

Belonging to the sports sedan category, the Aeolus E70 PRO is equipped with an LFP battery supplied by CATL, boasting a 51-kilowatt capacity. The vehicle draws power from a 160-horsepower motor with a torque of 230 Newton/meters, showcasing efficient energy consumption of approximately 12.7 kilowatts per 100 kilometers and an impressive operational range exceeding 400 kilometers.

Measuring 4700 mm in length, 1725 mm in width, and 1530 mm in height, the car features a wheelbase of 2700 mm, a rear luggage compartment with a capacity of 504 liters, and 17-inch sports wheels.

Charging and Warranty:

A home charger, capable of up to 32 amps/7 kilowatts, accompanies the car, ensuring a full charge from zero within 8 hours. The vehicle can also be charged at European stations, with an AC charging cable provided to facilitate the conversion from European TYPE to Chinese GB/T.

Misr Helwan Motors Company offers a warranty of up to 6 years or 150,000 kilometers for the car and up to 8 years or 500 kilometers for the battery.

Fast Charging and Safety Features:

Notably, the Aeolus E70 PRO boasts fast-charging capabilities, allowing it to cover a distance of 100 kilometers in just 10 minutes and achieving a charge level of 30% to 80% within 30 minutes.

Safety is a priority, with the car featuring 2 airbags, a seat belt, an anti-lock braking system, electronic stability control, brake force distribution based on passenger weight, a child protection system, emergency brake assist, hill and slide stabilization, traction control, and a rearview camera system.

Furthermore, the car is equipped with automatic LED headlights that can be adjusted to reach a wide and precise range of vision.
