The automotive landscape in Egypt is bracing for a significant shift as the United Arab Group “Al-Qasrawy Group,” the authorized dealer for JAC and Golden Dragon vehicles, announces a substantial price hike for its 2024 JAC models. Effective from the onset of November, customers will witness increases ranging from 40,000 to a hefty 100,000 EGP.
JAC JS2 – 2024 Edition
The 2024 JAC JS2, classified within the compact SUV segment, will now commence pricing at 680,000 EGP for the “smart” trim level, marking a 40,000 EGP elevation from previous figures. This model is outfitted with a 1,500 cc four-cylinder engine, capable of mustering 113 horsepower alongside a peak torque of 146 Newton-meters, mated to a five-speed automatic transmission system.
2024 JAC JS3 Unveils Price Tag
The premium “top line” variant of the 2024 JAC JS3 has been tagged at 825,000 EGP, reflecting a 65,000 EGP increment. Under the hood, the JS3 harbors a 1,600 cc engine with a performance output of 115 horsepower and 150 Newton-meters of torque, paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The fuel economy is noteworthy, with the SUV consuming an average of 6.5 liters per 100 km.
JAC JS4 – 2024’s Luxury Edition
Moving up the luxury ladder, the “deluxe” class of the 2024 JAC JS4 is pegged at 895,000 EGP, up by 65,000 EGP. It sports a robust 1,500 cc engine, which churns out 147 horsepower and a top torque of 210 Newton-meters. This engine’s strength is channeled through an advanced automatic transmission.
2024 JAC JS7 Models Reflect Price Surge
The JAC JS7 2024 series witnesses the steepest hike, with an increase nearing 100,000 EGP. The “deluxe” tier starts at about 950,000 EGP, while the more refined “ultimate” edition is set at 990,000 EGP. Both are powered by a 1,500 cc engine delivering 150 horsepower and a maximum torque of 210 Newton-meters through its four-cylinder configuration, complete with a CVT transmission for a smooth driving experience.
