100 Thousand Pounds Increase in Volkswagen Prices at the Beginning of February

The Egyptian Commercial and Automotive Company, the local agent for the Volkswagen brand, has announced a price increase for the 2025 models of the Golf, Tiguan, Touareg, and T-Roc.

The increase ranges from 60,000 to 100,000 pounds.

Volkswagen Tiguan 2025

• The 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan has seen a price hike in its second category, “R-Line,” now priced at 2.65 million pounds, up from approximately 2.5 million pounds—an increase of 75,000 pounds.

The Volkswagen Tiguan belongs to the SUV category and is equipped with a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, producing 150 horsepower and a maximum torque of 250 Newton-meters.

It is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Volkswagen Golf 2025

• The price of the 2025 Volkswagen Golf, available in a single “Life” category, has increased to 1.85 million pounds, up by 60,000 pounds.

  

The Volkswagen Golf falls under the sedan category and features a 1.2-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that generates 110 horsepower and a maximum torque of 175 Newton-meters. It is equipped with a seven-speed automatic transmission.

Volkswagen Touareg 2025

• The 2025 Volkswagen Touareg, available in a single category, has seen its price rise to 4.25 million pounds, marking an increase of 100,000 pounds.

The Volkswagen Touareg is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine, producing 455 horsepower and 700 Newton-meters of torque.

It comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel-drive system.

Volkswagen T-Roc 2025

• The 2025 Volkswagen T-Roc, in its second “R-Line” category, now costs 1.85 million pounds, reflecting a 60,000-pound increase.

The Volkswagen T-Roc belongs to the crossover category and is equipped with a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, generating 150 horsepower and a maximum torque of 250 Newton-meters.

It is supported by an eight-speed automatic transmission.
